Overview
Blacklist Kamboja publishes a public directory of reports about individuals flagged as blacklisted. We respect privacy while balancing public interest and safety.
Data we process
- Blacklist entries: name, passport number, city/origin, constraint (remark), photo (if any), uploaded date, status.
- Submission metadata: time of submission, uploader (if provided), and moderation notes.
- Site logs: IP address, user agent, and pages visited for security & abuse prevention.
- Contact form data: name, email, message, and attachments you send us.
Purpose & lawful basis
- Public interest & legitimate interest: enable due diligence and fraud prevention.
- Security: detect abuse, spam, or unauthorized access.
- Communication: respond to your requests.
Sharing & retention
- We may share entries with partners for verification, when necessary and appropriate.
- Retention depends on relevance and ongoing public interest. Redactions or removals may occur after review.
- Backups may persist for a limited period after deletion.
Corrections & takedown
If you are listed and believe the information is inaccurate, incomplete, or should be removed, contact us via the Contact page with:
- The entry ID (e.g. /blacklist/12345)
- Details of what is inaccurate and why
- Supporting documents (e.g. ID copy, passport page, official letter)
We will review and respond in a reasonable timeframe. We may request additional verification.
Cookies & analytics
If we enable analytics or use cookies, we will state the cookie categories and provide controls. At present, the site primarily uses essential cookies for admin authentication.
Your choices
- Request a copy of your data or correction/removal (subject to verification).
- Limit public display of certain fields when appropriate (e.g. partial passport digits).
