• You must not use the site to harass, defame, or unlawfully discriminate against any individual.
• Automated scraping beyond reasonable use or that burdens the service is prohibited.

Content & accuracy

• Entries are community/partner submissions and editorial reviews; Blacklist Kamboja does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
• We may update, correct, or remove entries at our discretion following review and applicable policies.

Intellectual property

Site design, brand, and compilation of content are owned by Blacklist Kamboja. You may link and reference with attribution; do not copy wholesale databases without permission.

Prohibited conduct

• Uploading malicious code, attempting to breach security, or interfering with the site.
• Posting or submitting knowingly false information.
• Using entries to threaten or extort individuals.

Removal & appeals

Individuals may request correction or removal of entries. See Privacy Policy — Takedown for the process.

Limitation of liability

Blacklist Kamboja is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
